A Spiritual Creation

 “While earth remains seed time and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter,  and day and night shall not cease” Genesis 8:22.

“And God said; Let the earth put forth (tender) vegetation, plants, yielding seed and the fruit trees yielding fruit each according to its KIND whose seed is in itself upon the earth. And it was so” Genesis 1:11.

“And I will put enmity between You and the woman (speaking to Satan) and between your offspring (seed) and her offspring (seed). He shall bruise and tread your head under foot and you will lie in wait and bruise His heel” Genesis 3:15.

Jesus told the parable of the seed sower, who sowed the seed (WORD).  The Word is Truth, John 17:17.

Where it is received (conceived) (seed) was on good ground.

There are two offspring (seeds):   The seed of Satan and the seed of the woman. 

The birth process:

When Adam and Eve chose the lies of Satan, he received and brought forth death (spiritual death)

“Then the evil desire, when it has conceived, gives birth to sin, and sin, when it is fully matured, brings forth death” James 1:15.

“You have been regenerated (born again), not from a mortal origin (seed, sperm), but from one that is immortal by the ever living and lasting Word of God” I Peter 1:23.

“But it is not the spiritual life which came first, but the physical and then the spiritual” I Corinthians 15:46.

It takes a seed for physical birth and a seed for spiritual birth. Conception is an act—the womb receives

the seed.  We act upon the Word of truth and conceive it.

The birth of the truth (seed) in us will produce a spiritual creation, not religious flesh from believing some ideas or theory's put forth by man's wisdom. This birth is God's wisdom, and that is hard for

the flesh to receive. We must be born again, and this is what Jesus was talking about.

“Then the angel said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you [like a shining cloud]; and so the holy (pure, sinless) Thing (Offspring) which shall be born of you will be called the Son of God” Luke 1:35.

 “Then the cloud [the Shekinah, God's visible presence] covered the Tent of Meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle!” Exodus 40:34.

What a picture of the Lord in tabernacle in the tent, (earthly vessel).  Jesus Himself was born in the flesh but he was spiritual because he was sinless.

We are flesh and to be spiritual we must be born again. A new creation, born from the Word (seed)

of Truth is an immaculate conception. Then begins the new Life lived in the Spirit, from a child

to a full grown son.  Without the birth of the Truth we still walk in the flesh, be it religious or not.

That which is born of flesh is flesh and that which is born of Spirit is Spirit.

Holy Spirit is very much part of the new birth.  John 3:5 “Jesus answered, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, unless a man is born of water and [even] the Spirit, he cannot [ever] enter the kingdom of God”.  The awesome work of God to create a new creation from that which was forfeited by choosing a lie over the Truth that was given, and to be given Grace to receive the seed of Truth, for a new Life and whole new way.

Who are carriers of the Holy seed? …Those who have had the birth of Truth (Jesus) in them.

There is much religion in the world, all confined to the wisdom of man, but God’s wisdom is greater.

“For it is written, I will baffle and render useless and destroy the learning of the learned and the philosophy of the philosophers and the cleverness of the clever and the discernment of the discerning; I will frustrate and nullify [them] and bring [them] to nothing” I Corinthians 1:19 [Isa. 29:14].

It is God’s complete work; but man has a part required of him. In my own experience the Lord sent some one outside of myself to give me a Truth to act on. We do not receive Truth from a person, but from

Jesus, in a person.   I put my trust in Jesus, the Truth.

The Jews in the day of Jesus could not receive God in the flesh. By this you may know (perceive and recognize) the Spirit of God; every spirit which acknowledges and confesses (the fact) that Jesus Christ

The Messiah has become man and is come in the flesh, has God for its source. The original words were

Is come (voice of primary verb fused only in the present).

“Every spirit that confesses  that Jesus is come (present tense) in the flesh is of God, And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus is come (present tense) is not of God; this is that Spirit of anti- Christ whereof ye have heard that should come and even now already is in the world” I John 4:2,3.

“For many deceivers are entered into the world who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and anti-Christ” II John verse 7.

When mankind failed in the garden, God had already supplied a way to redeem him. The flesh was done

and only a new creation birthed by the Word (seed) of Truth would save and deliver him and bring him

back to the spiritual union he had in the beginning.

The birth of the Truth will bring true repentance from the flesh, and cause one to turn and walk in the opposite direction. Where he had been estranged from Father he is now turning. Each time we act on a new area of truth in our Life and reject the false and the lie, we will grow and increase in our spirit.

Some people think if they just tell God all their sins that it is repentance.  No, repentance means to turn, God already knows all about us and is drawing us away from the flesh (to turn) and embrace the Truth.

It is a battle between the lie and the Truth. We can not even begin this journey of a new creation

without the Birth of Truth in us.

Yes, Fathers way is that every seed will yield fruit according to its KIND. That which is flesh is flesh

and that which is Spirit is Spirit. Both took a birth from seed.

The birth of flesh was given as a gift.  How much more blessed is the Life in the Spirit?

 “For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.  Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.  But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted himthat was born after the Spirit, even so it is now” Galatians 4:27-29.

“SING, O barren one, you who did not bear; break forth into singing and cry aloud, you who did not travail with child! For the [spiritual] children of the desolate one will be more than the children of the married wife, says the Lord”  Isaiah 54:1.

But, we brethren are (not) children by physical descent, as was Ishmael, but like Isaac born in virtue

of promise.  Yet (just) as at that time the child (of ordinary birth) born according to the flesh, despised and persecuted him (who was born remarkably) according to the promise and the working  of the

Holy Spirit, so it is now also.  Yes those not born of the Spirit of Truth will persecute those who are.

Which are you? A new creation born out of the seed of Truth (Jesus said I am the Truth, The Life

and Way), or the opposite?  What side of the Truth we stand on will find us out.

And He that is blind is blind still, let the blind lead the blind and they will both fall in the ditch.

But whosoever will call out for sight for blind eyes and deaf ears will receive from a gracious

Lord.
